Hi! I’m Kristi.
I am honoured to say that I am a Top 1% Agent in Greater Vancouver (President’s Club) based on my 2024 and 2025 sales. I have been a Top 10% Agent (Medallion Club) every year since 2016, with over 360 completed sales so far in my career.
My real estate career started in 2012 on a small but successful Real Estate team peaking as the #1 Real Estate Team in Vancouver for multiple years in a row. We covered a large area and every different price point – from the most affordable condos to the most impressive modern houses – and we did it well. Wanting to carve my own path, I decided to embark as a solo agent in 2019. With great mentorship and my insatiable desire to understand every aspect of this business, I have built a strong foundation of Vancouver real estate experience, contract proficiency and sales strategies leading to a well respected reputation within the industry.
I am analytical, tech savvy, and organized – skills I refined while obtaining my Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. I love a well planned home, so I notice good and bad design and can help you understand how to make it work. I have a detailed understanding of Vancouver neighbourhoods, construction styles and strata ownership. My focus is on ensuring your purchase or sale goes smoothly so you can make a well informed decision. I love to educate my clients and encourage questions and open communication throughout the process. Also – I don’t use AI (artificial intelligence) to write emails! Every communication you get is directly from me, thoughtfully written.

A little more about me..
A fortune cookie I received in high school said “You will live on hill top and seaside resorts for life”. I was so keen on that idea that I kept the fortune with me for years after – it came true the day I moved to Vancouver. After completing a Bachelor of Math in Combinatorics and Optimization at the University of Waterloo, I hopped in a car and drove West. Immediately transfixed by the trees, fresh air and mountains, I decided to settle in and call this city home.
The first neighbourhood I lived in was Strathcona, and it remains a gem in my eyes with great restaurants, the nearby Seawall, Chinatown’s heritage, helpful community, interesting homes and lovely gardens. I then moved to Kitsilano to experience the laid back lifestyle, the West End for the Seawall runs, Mount Pleasant for the fun and now Commercial Drive for the all around livability.
Outside of Real Estate, I like to garden and do projects around the house (my dream is to own a fixer upper). When the sun is shining you’ll find me outside on bike rides and long walks, often to meet friends for a drink or two, ideally near the water! I’m getting back into golf (currently trying to correct my slice) so call me if you ever need a 4th or want to meet at the driving range. I like to go on a big trip every year to dive into a new culture and experience a new city (recent fave: Japan, future stop: Denmark).
