Hi! I’m Kristi.
My real estate career started 11 years ago on a small but successful Real Estate team – the Zwick Chimes Real Estate Group – peaking as the #1 Real Estate Team in Vancouver for multiple years in a row. We covered a large area and every different price point – from the most affordable condos to the most impressive modern houses – and we did it well. With great mentorship and my insatiable desire to understand every aspect of this business, I have built a strong foundation of Vancouver real estate experience, contract proficiency and sales strategies leading to a well respected reputation within the industry.
I am analytical, tech savvy, and organized – skills I refined while obtaining my Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. I’m also a hedonist for good design, so I can catch the good and bad design elements and can help you understand how to make it work. I have a detailed understanding of Vancouver neighbourhoods, construction styles and strata ownership. My focus is on ensuring your purchase or sale goes smoothly so you can make a well informed decision. I love to educate my clients and encourage questions and open communication throughout the process.

I’ve also bought and sold, a number of times, and recently! I have bought, sold and renovated my own properties in both slow and very competitive markets, so I know what you’re going through on a personal level and want you to be as happy where you live as I am in my home.

A little about me..
A fortune cookie I received in high school said “You will live on hill top and seaside resorts for life”. I was so keen on that idea that I kept the fortune with me for years after. It came true the day I moved to Vancouver! After completing a Bachelor of Math in Combinatorics and Optimization at the University of Waterloo, I hopped in a car and drove West. Immediately transfixed by the lush vegetation, fresh air and mountains, I decided to settle in and call this city home.
The first neighbourhood I lived in was Strathcona, and it remains a gem in my eyes with many great restaurants and shops popping up nearby mixed in with Chinatown’s heritage, interesting homes and great gardens. I then moved to Kitsilano to experience the laid back lifestyle, the West End for the Seawall runs, Mount Pleasant for the fun and now Commercial Drive for the all around livability.
Outside of Real Estate, I spend a lot of time doing projects around the house and tending to my garden. I also make a point to enjoy the outdoors: running, biking, hiking and hanging out by the water. As cliche as it sounds, traveling is a passion of mine. I like to go on a big trip every year to dive into a new culture and experience a new city (recent fave: Israel, future stop: back to Italy).
